I am ALL ABOUT having fun with your workouts. If you don't love it, you are so much more likely to be inconsistent with your goals! WORK HARD and HAVE FUN 🙌🏼
I would suggest doing each exercise for 1 minute, and doing the circuit 2-3 times through! If they are single leg exercises, do the exercise for 30 seconds each side.
