Saddest and most disturbing scenes in the WoT season 2 trailer:

1. Nynaeve running out of the test bleeding, the placement of her wounds is horrifying

2. Moiraine sobbing in the bathtub

3. Egwene as damane

4. Mat sitting infront of the dagger

There are more sad scenes but these hit me the most. I count number 1 and 3 definitely as disturbing.

Ok I’ve watched it like five times ok serious non-kiss thoughts uhhh where do I start ok:

- Moiraine’s voice breaking as she says “everyone has a choice and every choice has consequences” um ok did you ever have a choice in your life. Did you.

- Lanfear lookin fiiiiine

- Perrin’s eyes flashing and he’s definitely murdering that Whitecloak huh

- Mat explody boy already? Does he blow up the Falme gates instead of the Stone? He’s also looking at the dagger so do they get it back somehow? Or a vision/dream?

- Rand meeting Siuan a la Fal Dara is excellent but where are they? The motif on the floor is a large star which makes me think Cairhien but the throne looks the same as in the Hall, do they transport the actual Amyrlin Seat with them? Looks heavy AF. BUT he is sitting with Logain so possibly he got back? Without Moiraine? Feels weird for Siuan to “call her home” like three weeks later lmao

- Egwene is definitely shielding her and Elayne from the damane blast so the theory she fights while the others run is looking more sound

- Nynaeve leaving the Raising ter’angreal in a blood soaked shift

- Liandrin going to North Harbour in the middle of the night? And also standing at the Flame for some reason

- Single close up of Elayne’s face my beloved

- Turak scary af!!!!

- Flaming sword killing a Myrddraal

- who am I kidding KISS KISS KISS KISS

I’m convinced there is going to be another trailer, this time focusing more on the Taverens and possibly featuring Thom and Elias (and dare I say, Loial???). The split was so clear in the books it just seems right that they would have a split trailer.
