I'm married to a history obsessed hubby and live deep within the heart of Sunny* Cornwall (*mostly rainy) I love bright colours, Miffy, Moomins, dinosaurs, animals, the sea, beach combing, art, nature, aquariums, knitting, sewing, theatre, galleries, everything vintage, history, musical chairs and woodlice! I produce a fun and colourful range of gifts and homewares, from hand painted ceramics to printed note books, bags, mirrors and scarves. I've been running my business for 17 years now and I enjoy every part of it and love seeing where it will take me next! I became disabled in 2006 which impacted my business journey and I developed arophobia and social anxiety as a side effect. Running my business is truly hard at times, but gorgeous feedback and the therapeutic benefits of creativity makes it all worth while! Despite the few speed bumps the support of my customers as been amazing. I stock galleries and shops throughout the UK and in L.A.and Dubai, yippee! Great CD! I am a big Jeanne Newhall fan from back in the days of Soul of my Own, Zebra and Bedouin's Paradise and I love the kind of upbeat melodies found on those disks. This new release is a different kind of music, more jazzy and kind of low key. I really like the treatment she gives some of the classic rock 'n roll tunes, particularly he cover of Fine Young Cannibal''s tune "Drives Me Crazy."
