An improvement from two days ago. When performing an #elevatedglutebridge on a bench...or a coffee table...make sure your #hamstrings are perpendicular to the bench. The closer they are to the bench, the higher your hips will rise. This is crucial, as it carries over to the way some of us tend to set up for the #benchpress . I've already seen an improvement in my #flexibility while setting up for my own benching ever since I began doing this.
