WIP title ask game: A love for Damnation ~

It’s a comedy story about two people, who for different reasons, very badly wants to go to hell. So they devise several nefarious supervillain plots together (like rob banks, kidnap the president, steal candy from a baby, jaywalk, etc), but it turns out that every single thing they do is somehow the most noble and right thing they could’ve ever done. 

That bank they robbed? It turns out it was laundering money and scamming its customers, and they only discover that because there is literally 0 money at the bank.

They kidnapped the president? Well, actually it was an impostor pretending to be the president, and they discover that in the process of kidnapping them and accidentally find the real president. The real president is super thankful and hails them a hero.

So on and so forth.

Oh, and they fall in love at some point because how could you not fall in love with someone after you go through this weird trying-to-be-a-villain-but-end-up-the-hero hell together??

...I really wanna put the Foxes and Fate House in an escape room now XD

I also think it’s probably likely that they do have a big communal jigsaw puzzle set up in the library to just kinda work on... whenever

I’m not sure if you still want to know stuff after so long, but I’m up for a recap if you’d like!

Currently I’m mainly working on my historical fantasy wip One Siren’s Soul, though I’m also in the initial planning stages of a science fiction solarpunk wip titled The Dark’s Treasured Glow!

As OSS is my main project at this point, let’s focus on that! You can find the intro post (and a much better summary) over here~

Four misfits of the Golden Age of Piracy have to settle their differences long enough to get back a stolen magical artifact—not so easy when His Majesty’s Royal Navy wants you dead, and when the shadows swimming under your ship want just the same…

The main cast is made up of a hydrophobic, overly cynical thief with amnesia; a socially anxious sea witch with far too many secrets and possibly a magically lost voice; a clueless clutz of an overly friendly pirate who ends up accidentally cursed; annnnddd a legendary Navy sailor renowned for her love of fire and killing pirates.

When the Navy ends up in the possession of the Siren’s Soul, a (probably magical) black pearl that our lovely hydrophobic amnesiac claims to be the protector of, well... the four of them end up having to work together to get it back.

They uh. Don’t get along too well.

And then the human-eating sirens make an appearance and it all goes to chaos. ^^’

You have resurrected a WIP! Yes!! I do!! I swear!!! Ara is one of the main characters in my not-quite-buried WIP The Lilac Throne. She is the queen of Palia, the predominantly human kingdom in Alotria. I believe I archived p. much everything about that WIP over on @drowsy-scribe but its really a blast from the past! Right now The Temple Seeker is taking up all my brain waves lol! But tbh Ara is a wonderful name, and I believe hers may be/was short for Arabella!
