happy 3rd anniversary to Jakobs Family Values here's a new chapter to celebrate
Finally completed Uncharted 4's story for myself yesterday, and finally got around to starting a new Lost Legacy playthrough this morning. Safe to say it's one of my current fixations. But now I want to write more content! And I'm not sure if that should go here or on my ao3 or what. I guess both...
Today has turned out to be a beautiful day! A little warm but a wonderful breeze! Think I'll do some writing!! #amwriting #nanowrimo #writingcommunity #writestuff https://www.instagram.com/p/B2pecdTndRpl10WXTn5GY-5F2dkxhPBuL8ES240/?igshid=66esza8a22rm

How to Keep WritingâWith a Little Help From Your Friends
Congratulations for making it through the month! Whether youâve written in solitude or youâve attended every write-in, itâs important to remember that thereâs more to NaNo than the novelâthereâs a whole community out there! Today, writer and #projectwritetube founder Tamara Woods shares how engaging with the NaNo community will make writing a richer experience all year round:
My day is spent generally sitting at my desk (or on my bed), hunched over my laptop or notepad with headphones trying to block out the neighborâs barking dog. Sometimes I escape from my hovel and find a quiet corner at the public library. Generally, my interactions with people have nothing to do with work, which is different from many professions.
Writing is such a solitary thing, itâs easy to forget that youâre not the only one clanging at your keyboard, bitterly clenching the Oxford comma and bemoaning the double space after the period.
Then in struts NaNoWriMo. Itâs like a worldwide conga line for writers. That one month out of the year that we all crawl out of respective caves, look up blearily at the sun, and jump into the line, actually speaking with each other IRL and online.
Write Stuff Entry
Hey guys! This is my first writing post on my blog. I am entering a piece of writing in a competition by Write Stuff. I had to write something no more than 300 words about someone my age being touched by an aspect of war. I have worked really hard this piece and I hope it is something you will enjoy readingÂ
Watson (Yeah that is my pen name now)
A blur of colours was the only thing I could see as I gazed out of the train window. This train ride had not been very exciting, especially considering that I was in an empty carriage travelling through the British countryside. There was nothing overly exciting about it, and I still had hours left of travelling before I had to leave the train. I sat in complete silence, listening out for anything that could be at all interesting, and was not surprised when I didnât hear anything at all. I was bored. I was restless. As I glanced at the window, I saw my reflection looking back at me, and I began thinking about the journey I had taken.
When I had left, I wasnât scared at all. I was excited. A chance for a new start in a new place away from everybody I had ever known. Everything had been so dull and boring as if I had been living in black and white. Finally, I had a chance to go on my own adventure, like a character out of a book. I could make the story, however, I wanted it to be; I was the one writing it. I tucked a dark curl behind my ear as I retrieved a small book from my suitcase and began to read.
I was an adventurer, running through the trees with adrenaline pumping through my veins. I was a detective, one clue away from solving a case. I was a little girl creeping around a mansion in the dark. I was nervous. I had no idea what adventures I would be going on in the real world. Not a clue, but I was determined. I would have more fun on my auntâs farm than I had ever had in my life. Â
