Brooklyn Nine-Nine
okay two life occurrences that I haven't written down yet but feel like I need to:
one, the time at the rum tasting event in Las Vegas where a guy looked at me in a way like to say he loved what I had going on. I blushed?! Later I caught him making out with his boyfriend/date. UM?! Yes honey. He was 110 percent my type too. Way too tall and very stylish. A glimpse of another life in a place where I'm something anybody likes. I got tons of compliments just walking down the strip too—like actual compliments, not cat calls or anything.
The other one was hanging out at the only local gay bar the night before my 31st birthday. The bar tender recognized me and I almost started crying right there. I didn't, thank gods. I drank my beer like a man and chatted with the cute flight attendant next to me. Then I went to work the next morning because my only coworker was sick.
i finished so much stuff today in terms of chores, work, AND school and like. wow who is she
So tired of always planning ahead and writing down things I have to do but it is either that or never remembering anything with stress level 466
writing things down
writing things down in a notebook (like this one) is exercising power of a sort— commanding the implement (the instrument) to do your will, to flail along behind the actual moment, which scrawled lines on dead trees can never impart. but! we must try to share what it is to be.
I like to write a list of things that happen every month, recently I've decided to decorate "titles" to place at the top of these lists!
How about some s&s deluxe inspired writing? Specifically 15 minutes 👀 hear me out:
You’re singing along innocently when you hear Joe scoff “2 minutes? Yeah right”
He didn’t mean it as a challenge, didn’t even think you heard him honestly, but you did hear and that night it’s game on.
thinking thoughts 😁
tried to come back to writing and it's not rly gelling with my brain rn and that's okay!!
