My hot take is that Bloom post season 4 isn’t really annoying, I like her voice at times and she seems quite sweet, but the writers just insists that she’s the main girlie and the others bend to her will when they’re not having their own adventures. Like Bloom had every right to be pissed at Tritannus, but not enough for her to defeat him when he’s Aisha’s cousin and got her whole family turned into monsters. It’s very much the same problem Helluva Boss faces where the writers keep making Stolas more and more miserable to show he’s the victim and downplays his faults. Bloom is always put in the spotlight by the writing and everyone praises her especially in season 6, while moments like her getting sick after splitting her dragon flame between her friends are pushed aside like- they had an out with making things about Bloom in a reasonable way.
