my nuance November take (or whatever) is that you don’t need to make Michael Myers ‘become’ an emotion-feeling person once he meets a s/o. Michael is a psychopath (alleged sociopath as well? Very outdated term ik but I was just reading canon works about his mental disorders) and it’s a bit weird for fans to want to ‘fix’ him - as if psychopaths are incapable of genuine relationships. Remember that this is a real disorder that real people have. Characters with ASPD and psychopathy shouldn’t be “fixed” to be desirable to an audience.
