9-1-1 s8e10 and DID

I am appalled and disgusted by the blatantly inaccurate portrayal of DID that 9-1-1 decided to include in their newest epsiode.

I am tired of having to remind y'all to have basic fucking empathy. I am tired of having to repeat over and over again that DID does not make people inherently dangerous. I am tired of show writers not doing the bare minimum research. I am tired of this stupid story line. It was bad when Split did it, it was bad when Criminal Minds did it, and it was bad this time around. Please for the love of god, stop perpetuating harmful stereotypes.

It especially hurts to see this from a show that I hold so much love for.

We are human too and deserve to be seen as more than dangerous monsters.

It is 2025, this should not still be happening. Fuck you ABC. Do better.

Oh, and an FYI: Colin just spoiled tonight's episode on Twitter. Major spoiler, no spoiler alert. Just in case anyone is trying to stay spoiler free! (Though it wasn't a surprise.)

I’m gonna blame this one on ABC, actually. What he posted is obviously from the same kind of episode media package the “What am I looking at here, Pops?” GIF came from, judging by the sizing issues and captioning.

Why on Earth ABC decided that was an acceptable promotional GIF for the episode is anyone’s guess, but if anyone’s out there thinking Colin made that GIF himself and just decided to post it for shits and giggles to spoil people, they’re nuts. It came from ABC and was given to him to promote this episode with.

LMAO I just saw the promo pics for the OUAT reboot/not-a-reboot/whatever on Twitter. You’d think that ABC’s promo department would’ve learned from The Great Promo Photo Disaster of Season 3, but here we are with more weird filters, bad Photoshop, and cast members looking over it.

Does anybody know where I can find the first two episodes of Agent Carter? Apparently ABC in all their brilliance did not keep even the pilot on their site. Which is stupid because they kept the Once Upon a Time pilot on the site for a year.

Anyone know where else it might be online?
