Did I or did I not say "out of context"? But also-- yes, best friends, because those writers couldn't give us a cohesive story to save their lives, and friendship was like the one thing they *tried* to give us the most consistently.

Friends, even best friends, are not always perfect or emotionally healthy towards each other. Mistakes are made. That's the humanity of it all. But the important thing is that--after all their mistakes-- they still come back together.
