A great analysis from @eorlins on why the issue is ALL cops. One commenter on this Twitter thread made the excellent point that at least if a car blows up, that particular car is then out of commission. It can’t go back out on the streets and continue to kill people. Whereas violent cops are almost invariably allowed to continue their violence with little to no punishment, and those among them who even raise objections internally are harassed and fired, or even forcibly committed like Adrian Schoolcraft. All cops need to be help accountable for their participation in a racist institution, whether it is through discriminatory action or silence. Until we condemn this systemic problem we are doing nothing to help our brown and black brothers and sisters. Stop trying to be politically correct and take a stand. Stop trying to please everyone. This is not the country I grew up in. Or maybe it is and I was just fucking blind, or the lack of social media meant there was no way for the horror to get into my line of sight, or something. But it is not the country I loved.

Hey, if there are any LEOs reading this? If you are not vocally protesting, you are part of the problem. The “thin blue line” mentality is what enables the murder of innocent people by those sworn to Serve and Protect. You cannot stand by and say “I didn’t do it.” You did. You are.
