I have a bit more speculation on Conner and his death, bc you know, he doesn't feel dead. And it connects with Match and his reappearance.

As much as I love Match, I don't think he's going to reappear and join the evil side, bc remember, he is not only insane but he had to have three genomorphs calm him down and that wasn't enough to calm him from his rage against the "S". It would be tough for anyone, even the light, to control him. I think he's going to reappear as Conner's "new body" as others have said.

I also feel like what we consider to be "Conner AND M'gann's arc" was only M'gann's arc, not his. Since it focused so much on M'gann, her life on Mars as a white martian, her relationship to her family and just the political atmosphere of Mars. Sure, Conner was there and very present, but it didn't share half/half focus between them. Though, I might be off by a lot.

I decided to ring in the New Year by watching Young Justice Season 1 Finale and timing it perfectly so that Midnight hit at the same time it does in the episode and it worked out perfectly
