First of all, let's lay down the law. In both Canadian and American law, it is expected that unless one parent is deemed unfit (arrested, criminal, etc) then both will have shared custody. If this is in any way violated, however, then it is possible for the one withholding the children to be either arrested, fined or lose custody.
Can we think of anyone who might have made a violation of this custoday law?
Sofia has violated this by not letting Ryo anywhere near the children, and as we know he is not a criminal or deemed unfit to at least one of the children.
Well, quit frankly, that one was very annoying.
And consider this: it was ugly
Ryo wants custody of just the cute one, meanwhile Sofia can't even tell the difference between them. Seems pretty unfit if you ask me, and you are!
My client would be perfect as the sole and only parent of the cute child. He is actively trying to make better decisions and have a relationship with someone else, and is willing to fight for them even literally.
Also, Sofia used his DNA without his knowledge to make them so she should go in timeout for a while and the ugly kid should pretty please get thrown off a cliff reddy and cut kid should go with ryo
