Day five down! It was a short session and I only struggled with the planks (again, and some of the modified boat stuff.) I am seeing a big improvement with my downward facing dog (feet were on floor and I held it longer,) and I was able to actually lift my legs off the ground for the modified boat thing. I even threw in some extra poses at the end! (Some child pose, my fave, and that one from yesterday where you put one arm under the other and kinda twist idk what it’s called.) Either way, I am seeing improvement. Just gotta continue to work on strength, balance, and my breathing.
I must say, I’m a yoga addict now. No where near ready to take a class or anything, but maybe after these 30 days, who knows?
