Today I had my first pregnant yogi in class, and my first yogi who has a surgical new hip! Such exciting stuff and I'm just so in awe of what the human body is capable of and how everyone can do yoga and benefit from it!
Did my yoga today and twenty mins on the bike. I'm considering this my light/rest day because I don't even feel sore. The yoga felt amazing though, it's pretty remarkable what just 10-15 minutes of yoga per day can do to your body. Some of the stretches are getting easier!!!! Like magic!
