I love transitions❤️Transitions are my favorite . They make you figure out where to hold on but what to let go of what movement pattern to activate what muscles aren’t working and how to get them to work 💪 all in less than two seconds. Notice the front leg lift and back leg pulse in both half moon and warrior II.
