So Charlie walks in today and says his pitching coach thinks he’s throwing five miles an hour harder already. Yes it’s anecdotal.......well not even, it’s just talk. At this point I’ll take it. It’s something to build on. Today we crushed Charlie’s legs, his drive leg to be specific. We broke out an old school ab drill. We used to call this THE AB WHEEL OF DEATH 💀 during spring training. At @smartensetraining it’s nameless so far. It still works great 👍🏾 though. Charlie keep it my dude. ⚾️🏋️‍♀️🔥💥☄️. ☝️ more thing. I received a question from a IG follower.
