A woman does not have to be modest to be respected
You gave your body — and your body gave everything.
Motherhood transforms everything — especially the way you feel in your own skin. And it’s okay if that journey left you stretched, shifted, or just... not quite at home in your reflection.
A Mommy Makeover isn’t one procedure — it’s a plan. One that’s built around you — your body, your goals, your comfort. For some, it’s lifting what’s dropped. For others, it’s tightening what’s loosened. Sometimes, it’s both.
There’s no “snapback” here. Just real tools to restore what life changed.
Curious about combining procedures for a confident, post-baby glow-up? Get started here to learn more about Mommy Makeovers.
Not everything we do is for the outside world to see.
Labiaplasty isn’t about perfection. It’s about comfort. Relief. Ownership. For some, it’s as simple as no longer adjusting their leggings mid-run. For others, it’s about intimacy — feeling confident in their own skin, on their own terms.
There’s no “should” when it comes to this decision — only you.
And at Feel Beautiful in San Diego, that’s exactly how it’s treated: a personal choice, handled with expertise and empathy. 🧘♀️

Wow, 2 dislikes... Whassa matter? Too many swears for your fragile little ears? Too wangwy? Or just a guilty fucking conscience that I'm actually calling that mentality out? I was pointing out that just because you wear a certain item of clothing, it doesn't justify personal and private questions from complete strangers, or anyone, for that matter. I was wearing a kilt that day, and I was asked if I was wearing underwear or not, and that I was to "expect that question" if I'm going to wear a kilt...NO! That's wrong...If a woman was asked the same question by a total stranger she would feel violated and the person asking would be liable for sexual harassment...The boot works on the other foot too. Nothing gives consent but the individual, not their clothing; sexual harassment is the same no matter the clothing and no matter the gender; human rights are for all, equally. It doesn't affect just women, it affects everyone...sooner that stigma is dropped, the sooner that fucked up mentality is addressed with the contempt it deserves, the better. No one has the right to invade your privacy; no one has the right to violate your dignity...no one has the right to get away with that shit, no one is exempt because it could happen to anybody from anyone. #Equality #Feminism #HumanRights #NoRapeApology #YourBodyYourRules #NotYourBodyNotYourChoice. This is Joy Tomkins of the UK. She was 81 when this pic was taken in 2011, and said at the time that ‘I have all sorts of things wrong with me, but my head is fine. I don’t have a death wish - I just don’t want to be kept alive in pain.’ She also has ‘PTO’ (for ‘please turn over’) inked on her back in case she should collapse facedown. #100daysofbadassery #qualityoverquantity #yourbodyyourrules #yesjoy
This! I once had a female coach/PT tell a group of female clients, "Do it for the thigh gap" 😮😣🤔 WTF!!!! Needless to say I never took her class again and as soon as my membership was up I stopped going to that gym. I like my thighs. They are strong and powerful. They help me walk, run, lift heavy weights and fill out leggings like a MF. 🍑🍑 Could they have a little less cellulite? Maybe, but it's not the end of the world. #ThighsLikeHoneyThickAndSweet #ThickThighsSaveLives #WonderThighs #YourBodyYourRules
