Sometimes We All Just Need A Break...
No, I’m not taking a break. I mean rather, sometimes we all need to just, rest and relax for a moment and that’s okay! Rest, recover, do whatever you need to do to feel better! There’s no harm in doing so! And whenever you feel sad, do something you love and enjoy. I like looking at the stars when I’m sad. Puts stuff into perspective for me!

Just take a moment to remember you have purpose
Woman’s pain is underrated
Okay guys boy do I have a story for you. So ever since I started my period (age 12) I had really bad pains, like bad to the point I would miss many days of school during my cycle. As I got older I was told to suck it up, that I was making a big deal out of nothing, that it was normal etc...
So I’m 19, and it’s July 2018 and I wake up to this lump in my stomach. I text my mom and she’s like “you probably have to poop, it’s nothing but go to the hospital or whatever” and, me being scared that it really is nothing, I don’t go.
A month later I start experiencing sharp pain in my right side. I’m scared, it’s midnight, and I tell my boyfriend who says I should wake my mom up and go to the ER. I wake her up. She tells me I’m over reacting and I tell her to feel the weird lump in my stomach and she says nothings there.
Two days later my dad and boyfriend convince me to go to the ER, and my boyfriend drives me there. Blood work, CT Scan, and ultrasound later: I have a teratoma on my right ovary (a cyst/tumor) and should see an OBGYN asap.
I call like 3, and let me say the ER dr said this was an emergency, and one of them can’t see me till September 14. Are you kidding me?
So I go to the one who will take me first, and they tell me this thing is f*cking massive 14 x 16cm, like its the size of a fetus.
Eventually, (late August at this point) I get sent to an Oncologist because of how massive this thing is and within a week the Doc does my surgery (September 10, and they keep me over night)
It took nearly THREE HOURS to remove this thing (also called a dermoid) and with this thing they have no choice but to take my right ovary with it (like it was twisted and didn’t look right) they were also able to remove a small cyst on my left ovary.
While they were in there they diagnosed me with endometriosis, this is when the uterine lining grows outside of the uterus and can cause fertility issues. So now I have to see a fertility specialist to make sure I’m actually able to have children.
Endometriosis can also cause EXTREME period pain. But I was told it was normal. That I was making a big deal out of “nothing”
Anyways, ladies, ignore the thoughts of those around you and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. I’m 19 and I’ve always wanted kids, but now I may never be able to have my own.
#QOTD You're all doing your best, and I'm so proud of you 💓💛💙 On a different note- I've been somewhat absent from this account for a little while due to some personal stuff I had to deal with, but I'm back and should be posting and interacting much more from this point on 😊 Love, Agony Aunt . . . . . . . . #quote #quoteoftheday #quotes #loved #agonyaunt #love #youreloved #doingyourbest #yourbest #mybest #advice #perfect
If you try including everyone and making everyone feel loved and like they matter and they’re somebody don’t you think the world would be a better place? Because every cause has an effect so every little nice thing you do will brighten someone’s day who will then brighten someone else’s and it’s like a chain reaction. It’s just amazing what an encouraging smile can do for someone that needs it.
Erin Hanson is a poetic genius. If you are struggling with something TELL SOMEONE. You can handle your problems alone but you don't have to. Someone out there loves you never forget that. Everything that happens will make sense one day and never forget time heals all wounds 💖
