Somehow my friend in High school ended up with a Torchic that knew Hydro Pump in her pokemon Diamond. No hacks, she was just breeding her Blaziken with her Empoleon and it happened. Only one it happened with. She kept it.

I went ahead and did a little digging into this because I was curious if there was some sort of egg move glitch in DPPT and I'm not really? Seeing how this can be done without hacking, unfortunately.

It seems only water-type Pokémon can learn it as an egg move, and Hydro Pump isn't a TM in DPPT. One source is saying that the only way this could happen is if they used an Action Replay (or 'AR'; a cheating device you plug into a DS)

Your friend could have unknowingly triggered this event to happen while using an AR to do something else in the game at some point. And AR's are known for causing unforeseen corruptions in games, so this does sound like one of those unknowingly triggered events to me ^^

Undertale Gaster- Dings audibly yelps and pulls his hand away. Even he’s confused by his reaction.

“I- uh- you-”

He keeps looking at your hand and then back to your face.

“Hmmmmmmmmmm-”

He looks... kind of concerned actually. And he’s still humming. Sorta. It’s one single note, like he wants to be saying something—has to make noise—but has no clue what it should be. Dings carefully grabs your hand again, still humming this one confused note. He’ll stop humming soon enough; even he has a breathing cycle, despite not having lungs.

Underfell Gaster- He’s just fucking broken. You broke him. At the present time, he’s touch-starved, constantly tired, and used to any physical contact involving punches and/or attempts to kill him.

So gently holding his hand? He’s not even blushing, he’s just staring. His hand is still in yours, but he looks like deer in headlights. He won’t move or say anything at all until you do, and even after that he’ll probably just let you drag him around by the hand. He’ll just follow you around silently—same expression on his face—until you let go.

Bare with me. Maw Walker has a bad night sleeping. Going on fumes at this point, and Theotar is not having that shit. Insists they go to sleep, only to show up an hour later after having nightmares. Theotar invites Maw Walker for sleepy tea, and as the tea starts having an effect, he starts singing a lullaby like "Beautiful Dreamer" by Bing Crosby. Tucks them into his bed where they'll have privacy - whose going to look for the MW in *his* room, after all? And they get a wonderful night's rest.

Also bonus thoughts is the Maw Walker is someone he's romantically interested in / mutual pining given the whole diary entries and what not ; letting the Maw Walker curl up with their head on his lap, soft head pats and humming while they sleep, and deadly glares to whoever tries to wake the very, very, very... VERY tired mortal up with something they want them to do.

this is very sweet and i LOVE it. The Maw Walker accidentally falling asleep on Theotar and apologizing after but Theotar will have NOTHING of that- he would enjoy every moment if it meant the Maw Walker getting the rest they deserved. He’d sit there and sip tea and hum for them as long as they needed.

I actually kind of hope he's taking this time to see a serious therapist. About EVERYTHING. I mean I doubt he'd be honest, but a girl can dream, right? I've seen this kind of thing *sort of* happen before, a guy I knew kind of like Dobson had a mad crush on me. I finally had enough, and he kind of shut off the internet for a while. Comes back six months later with a part time job, decent girlfriend, and things looking at least somewhat up. So I have hope... Tentative hope, because that guy friend turned out to turn into a massive ass, but hope nonetheless... I mean, can Dobson get... Worse...?

It would certainly be nice if Dobson was actively working on improving himself. So fingers crossed, at the very least. And that’s good to hear about the guy you knew.

Something I’ve learned about people online, unfortunately? They can always be worse.

Cerberus is a beast of ancient origin, and though he seems very canine-like, he is far from such. As for your latter question, he is not a beast I stumbled upon. Cerberus is under the direct control and is loyal to the Demon Lord family. Yet, for taming him was simple, the miasma I give off is powerful enough to earn the submission of any beast.
