This panel makes my heart feel something, I can understand yet I cannot completely understand. But I do understand. I want to know his feelings, his point of view, the emotions running through.
I know it's pain, along with uncomfortable feelings and emotions, but, it's a feeling. And I want to know how he feels. Because, bear with me while I philosophize you a little.
All feelings want to be known, be it happiness, hurt, sadness, pain, anger. But all of them want to be known. Because those feelings, they are yours. And by knowing them, I/you might get to know you/yourself.
But knowing them is not the only thing. You have to understand them, sit w them and understand their point of view. How, why and at the end, you'll understand yourself and people will understand you. Knowing someone is quite different from understanding someone.
THIS IS A FLASHBACK when Roger was being executed, Shanks Buggy and all were present and this is a glimpse of that from episode 847-851 somewhere
I was going to write that I can't remember who showed us this flashback
It was Pedro, he was talking about the new dawn, his nox pirates, and when he met Roger, the pirate king, and how he wanted to go with him but Roger told him how everyone has their turn and then Pedro realised that this here, it's his turn and how one day carrot will understand how and why saving the Straw hats today was so important. How they will bring the new dawn that will affect centuries. How this is the dawn they've been waiting for.
Currently the part I'm at, Pedro is no more. I haven't seen the body so I'm still hoping that he has survived. Carrot's emotions got to me a little man.
Pedro. Hoping that you're still alive.
