Some funny things I remember from yr 5

I couldn’t find something and a my yr5 teacher was trying to help me find it. I can’t remember what but a bunch of my classmates where nearby. So I remember trying to get him to not look in the small front of my bag, he opens it anyway and takes out

🎉Tada🎉 the small bag my pads where in, I was mortified lol.

when I played soccer because I had to, it was either that or I did touch or sift ball neither of which where fun. Neither was soccer as they put me effectively in not apart of the game position and the girl I still hate being around was “poking fun at me” by mocking how I get competitive during the games. I was honestly very tame compared to a lot of the team I just spoke my thoughts rather then being angry

but besides nothing ever happening, like one girl did cartwheels where the goal was because this always happened

The ball would get close to the goal, our only good player was put as goalie and just kick it away and then we would go back to twiddling thumbs for 20mins

also not even during a game, my yr 5 teacher was kicking the ball around with us while we waited for the bus,

and the teacher accidentally kicked it too hard and I got hit smack dap between the eye brows, then I cried

“Don’t be suspicious don’t be suspicious” but it’s me putting pads in my lunch box to go to the toilets with out anyone knowing, and I never did it when not on my period so yeah it was obvious

now I’m thinking, why didn’t I just put it in my pocket yeah it would of stuck out but, oh yeah junior did not let us wear blazers with the summer uniforms

 Of course Astoria knew  who  Loony  Luna  Lovegood  was––  They were in the same year, weren't they?      But the two had  been in school for  F I V E  Y E A R S  and never  had crossed  paths as directly as this. The two were assigned to be potions  partners, Astoria just prayed that Luna was somewhat versed  in more complex potions,  for she didn't have a single clue on  what to do.

"I'm  sorry  you  had to be paired with someone as rubbish as  me–– at potions, I mean."

 And there was Sirius Black,     surely he would comment on  the new habit she had picked up over the summer holidays.

"I’m sorry."  Not that she sounds particularly sorry, moving to ghost her lips over the marks on his throat. Lily’d not been able to help herself, really. One could even argue it wasn’t her fault.

"I can put some makeup on them, if you’d like."

 Remus sighed, glancing at the redhead who was placed on his  lap.  He smiled a bit–– it wasn't that he disliked the hickeys, he  actually quite enjoyed the making of them, but he knew people  would stare and ask questions.

"Is there a spell you can cast to cover it up?            I don't think  makeup will cover it up."

 Remus glanced down at his and Lily's hands and how they  intertwined.     He felt something like FIREWORKS erupt in  his  stomach twisted with excitement of being with Lily and  guilt for the same reason.

"S––sorry, Lily... I've never dated someone before... I'm bad  at this."

 Things change when you get older, Lily's  mother  always warned her about how  a  boy  would  catch  her attention and how  she'd  never  be  able  to get them out of  her  head.  How butterflies would swirl in  her  stomach  and  how  fireworks would  burst  in her heart. She understood what  her  mother meant now, except with one  minor difference.

 Lily  didn't  feel  those  things towards a  boy, she felt them with a girl.

 And not just any girl, her best mate Mary  Macdonald.

 It   was   complicated,   odd   and  quite  frightening.    The    duo   were   already  outcasts  because of their blood status,  and  not that Lily cared too much about  what   people  thought,  she  was  more  worried  about  hers  and Mary's safety.  She  didn't  even  know  if she was gay,  she had fancied boys in the past,  what  was  different  now?  What changed? It  scared Lily to absolute bits.

 But  she  had  to  stay  strong  because  Mary  was  important  to  her.  She held  her  ( girl? )friend's  hand,   giving   it  a  tight squeeze.

"We'll figure it out, Mary. I promise."
