For those who enjoy strawberries, these delicious Fresh Strawberry Donuts are the ideal dessert. Delicious, juicy, and a wonderful way to savor the sweetness of fresh strawberries, they are. Ideal for a snack or breakfast!
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries, mashed. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Powdered sugar for dusting optional. Fresh strawberries for garnish optional.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Grease a pan for donuts. Mash the fresh strawberries, add the melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Stirring until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the strawberry mixture. Pour the batter into each cavity of the greased donut pan, filling it to about two thirds full. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean and the donuts bounce back when lightly touched. The donuts should be taken out of the oven and allowed to cool in the pan for a few minutes before being transferred to a wire rack to finish cooling. Garnish the cooled donuts with fresh strawberry slices and powdered sugar, if desired. Savor your newly made strawberry doughnuts!

These delicious donuts are a throwback to your favorite bakery with their classic glaze. They are the ideal treat for any time of day, with a soft, fluffy inside and a sweet, glossy glaze.
Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 2/3 cup whole milk. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Oil for frying. For the Glaze:. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1/4 cup whole milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mixing until a dough forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Place the dough onto a surface dusted with flour and roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 inch. To cut out donuts and donut holes, use a donut cutter. Set a deep fryer or large pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Gently drop the donuts into the heated oil and cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove the donuts and set them on a tray covered with paper towels to catch any leftover oil. Whisk the milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together until smooth to make the glaze. After dipping each donut into the glaze, allow any extra to fall off. To solidify the glaze, arrange the glazed donuts on a wire rack. Warm up these traditional glazed donuts and enjoy!
