I think “welcome to the madness” is the overall mood of the YOI fandom. It changed for “Yuri on ice, what a cute routine. AAW PRECIOUS BABY” to “HOOOOOOOOOOLY FUCK! WASN’T READY FOR THIS. WELCOME TO THE MADNESS MY DUDES, THE NEW GAYS HAVE COME TO TOWN!”
