*I really love that she posted this, I've been really into KB training lately and since I gave up my ZGym membership I've really been missing new workouts. I think this would be great as is, if you're looking for a quick bonus. Or, you can add in intervals of skipping rope between each for a 10 minute workout (or even more if you wanna double it). Love it.
