I was tagged by the absolutely amazing @omniblades-and-stars Now, I'm not sure I have 7 snippets, or even 7 people to tag 😅Its been a rough year so far so I haven't had much motivation in writing but I will do my best. Queen of Chaos (Esmea) "you know, as much as I... Huh... Loved watching you... Ugh... Fall and make a fool of yourself, you could have at least waited till we weren't about to die." Esmea had known turians were heavy, but she hadn't expected to learn firsthand just how hard it was to lift one. "God, I need to start going to the gym." Her small 125-pound frame was no match to even get the dazed alien sitting upright, let alone somehow manage to drag him over to her car. She quietly panted for breath, looking up at the building behind them. Garrus had barely made it 20 feet before passing out, idiot probably had a concussion. I have no idea what this is The wards were dark tonight, dark and quiet, with most of the level already settled in for the night. One of the perks of Garrus' apartment complex, it was almost always still, a rare sight on the Citadel. Garrus had insisted they all just stay put for the night, no use leaving when it's this late and they're all tired. Chellick sat at the end of the couch, squished up next to the arm rest, trying to make as much room for Esmea as possible in the tiny apartment. But it was a losing battle especially when Esmea sat with her legs folded underneath her. Resting her head in one hand and her arm on the back of the couch she shifted her weight towards Garrus who sat at the other end. It was a tight fit but after the month they all had no one seemed to mind, not even Chellick when Esmeas foot grazed his leg. He didn't even so much as raise a brow plate when her head went to rest on Garrus' shoulder.

Bloody Sunshine Pain. Sharp pain, red and hot beats at her skull. Weary eyes open to a blurry landscape that looks no different than the pain inside her skull. Fire and ash, mixed with scents of sulfur and smoke. But worse were the memories, or lack of them. Her head throbbed even as she simply tried to recall how she came here. Her vision blurred once more, pulsing red around her eyes, beating on her bones. A mindflayer, a worm, distorted, fractured, and then no more. Nothing else lived in her brain but the pain, and, is that her name? Zeerith. Is that who she was?

When I Die Will You Be My Valentine? Maybe... Maybe if I was different... maybe if I hadn't been born this way... Maybe if my mind hadn't been torn up by my own emotions... By this curse of blue that runs through my veins and burns through my brain. But what use are maybes. Maybe's don't change anything. Not that I want to change, it's far too late for that. I enjoy the games I play, I enjoy the way I am, and I hate all the same. It's because of the way that I am that you will forever be out of reach. Your bright blue eyes and your awkward charms. The mystery that is your mind, will always remain a mystery, because this game has gone on for too long. You make me.... Want to be better. You make me want to change. When I'm with you I believe that maybe, just maybe, I can actually be what you need. That we can actually be happy. That somehow we can make whatever the fuck this is work out. But then, I see you in your uniform, and I'm afraid. Afraid that one day that uniform will be staring back at me through the sights of my pistol, afraid that your blue blood will be coating my knife, or my next contract will have your name... The name I want to have.

Can I see a bite of Bloody Sunshine 🙏 please?

OMG I was hoping someone would ask about this lol. Bloody Sunshine is my bg3 wip story about my durge. I got the name from the fact that she's a sunshine character who is also a bhaalspawn 😅 but she's also dating Astarion so hence the bloody lol.

This is just for fun and I don't really plan on ever posting it until it's finished since it's basically just a retelling of the games lol. Zee is my current brain child and I love her to death.

Her eyes: one white rimmed with darkness, the other black filled with a swirling pool of grey and white; look down at hands that she does not recognize, and clothes that are not her own. Who was she? How did she get here? Where even is here? Fire erupts outside and she hears a mighty roar. Hells, was that a dragon? The ground beneath her shakes, there is no time for pondering. She needs to get out. She can sort through the painful muddle of her mind later, right now she needed to survive. Escape. Escape. She needed to escape, even through the throbbing red pain in her brain. Even through the lack of knowing herself, even through this, literal hellscape around her, she needed to get out. Zeerith wanted to live.

I told myself I wasn't going to do it, yet here I am, falling for the damn vampire lmao. It was supposed to just be for my durge run but then it just got worse and worse lmao. Anyway, everyone meet Zeerith. Zee is probably the worst durge to ever exist. Girl cries at scenic views and hates even lying to someone 😁 I have fallen in love with her story arc and pls know, this is what I've been doing for the last month 🤣
