11.12.20 // halfway of 2nd year medschool and i still get overwhelmed by the amount of things i have to do. with everything thats going on, it seems a lot harder but i know i can do this. whatever youre struggling with today, i know youll get through it too! xx

11.30.12 // final exams coming up next week, im excited to pass this sem and have a vacay before the next one. im also moving in early on my hobonichi weeks 2021 planner. loving it so far. continue working on that goal babe xx

061620 // it's my final exams week. on saturday, its officially the last day of my first year in med school! first good news of this month!

during difficult times especially now, as we try to find our 'new normal' and deal with the issues our countries are facing, never ever forget to also take the time to care for ourselves. remember that change starts within ourselves and that we cant give to others what we too dont have. i hope that everyone is healthy and staying safe xx
