I remember downloading this video off Limewire back in the early 2000s, lol. While visiting RMC, I noticed a white R32 tucked away near the front desk. Danny told me it was the exact white GT-R from the opening scene of that iconic Option street drag video. It blows my mind how he keeps finding these real-life legends from our childhood.

Another must stop in Kansai was Kakimoto. This is one of the OG places that manages to survive and thrive even in these times of decline.

The HKS drag cars have always been crazy machines & this Supra is no different. It uses a 3UZFE that has been fully built along with twin GT3540R turbos. The car made 1450PS and ran 7sec times.

It's cool that HKS and a few other shops made these cars when they only had one true drag strip in the entire country. Now, the only places left to drag are the straights on racetracks.
