*Sugar Beans stew recipe⬇️ I love a good sugar bean stew. You can serve this stew with sadza, rice or anything you want and it's very filling. *What is needed* 2cup sugar beans soaked overnight if you have time/3 hours if you don't have time 1tsp mixed herb spice Salt 1 onion chopped I tomato chopped Garlic as needed Thickener of choice Royco, karing gravy, flour, corn starch Water as needed Cooking oil as needed *How it is done* Boil the soaked beans with salt till well cooked Cook/saute the onion and garlic in oil with sprinkle of mixed herb spice Add the tomato and allow to simmer Once it starts sticking to the pot ( kunamira) throw in the well boiled cooked sugar beans Add stew thickener and water leave to cook on low for about 10minutes or more add more water if necessary. Once the sugar beans is soft and has a thick gravy it's done and ready to be served Top with fresh herbs of choices. Isn't that easy why do you not try it into your own home kitchen.
