eyy it’s new zine time. this one is also not formatted for printing, although it’s otherwise as pretty as it’s gonna get. very text-heavy (sorry kelcey).

this pdf is free, and please do feel free to share it around. I’d like this to get wherever it needs to go, reblogs/reposts/reprints/whatever are welcome as long as I’m given credit.

this is mostly focused on understanding what trauma is and what it does, and doesn’t offer any direct ideas about coping mechanisms. I do have my [previous zine] with ideas for coping strategies for isolation if that’s what you’re actually looking for.

disclaimer: I am not a licensed therapist (although I have a lot of experience), nor did I get a licensed therapist to beta (just my partner, who has more book experience and less hands-on experience).

hey y’all, here is a rough draft of a zine with some isolation coping strategies. it’s only a rough so there’s no pretty formatting, but I wanted to get it up now since it’s coherent enough to be useful. free to download. no paper copies currently available because my printer is a little shit. please do feel free to share this around, I supposedly give good advice even though it always gets stuck in my own circles.
