Easy Baked Parmesan Zucchini - Delicious Side Dish
Enjoy the simplicity and flavor of grilled zucchini, seasoned with garlic and oregano for a delicious Paleo-friendly side dish.
Ingredients: 2 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of zucchini slices with the olive oil mixture. Place zucchini slices on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear. Remove from grill and serve hot.
