Heyo, I have some pokemon content to share! Below are the main characters for a Fakemon Region Fancomic
Zylas and Ebel! And, if anyone is interested, I have a whole youtube video with the speedpaint and a full yap session about them and the region we are creating!
I have no idea about making comics but I loved this scene from the book sm I had to draw it. Fanart of a scene from Book 3 of the series the guild codex: demonized!
-> More The Guild Codex Fanart
kinda obsessed with this man ngl
Chocolate and confusion
He stood at the counter, staring down at the box of chocolates, the fluorescent lights casting harsh shadows over his face. After a long moment, he lifted a hand and touched the edge of the box.His tail slashed sideways—and he shoved the chocolates off the counter. They crashed to the floor, the small delicacies scattering over the linoleum.
I would love to read this scene from Zylas' POV!!
And this scene too!!
Zylas was scrutinizing me, his eyebrows low over critical red eyes.“Um.” I blinked. “Zylas?”He turned to the demon mage. “Nailēranis et nā. Eshaillā kir?” “Probably.” Jaw tightening, Zylas returned his stare to me, his expression intent as though he were rearranging his understanding of my incomprehensible human brain.
Was he comprehending why Robin is in danger of the other mages and what it meant when they said "you have the look"? Or was he wondering about her panicked reaction to his strength when he chose to "make her squirm"?
Hi. Yes. I'd forgotten Zylas calls her "Prey" in his language. And I just.
I know that demons are able to detect lies and that's why they don't lie themselves, but like, is it a pride thing?? Is it that they can't? Or that they don't know how? I was just thinking about a situation where it would be convenient for Zylas to lie (an interrogation, for example). Would he be *able* to lie if he tried? Or is it that demons are phisically unable to? I don't remember any specification about this in the books, so I'm personally choosing to believe that demons can technically lie, but they hate it and they are soooo bad at it. Like, most they can do is give a half convincing "no", as if the word where phisically painful to say. Zylas would feel weird after that, so if he can help it, he'll choose to not say anything instead of lying.
