Thank you for coming into my life, for touching my heart, for your endless help and support. I miss you so much and wish I could have done more.

It was this video that first introduced tal-chan to the wonderful and whacky world of Bruce. I have no idea how that happened, and she couldn’t remember either :-D But you gotta admit it’s a little weird. Not one of his bigger hits or more famous clips or anything like that. It’s just so.. random.

But here you get everything. The energy, the chemistry, the serious (he’s so fucking intense), the silly, and those amazing shouty vocals.

Thanks to this, she became a Tramp and eventually came into our lives. My own life is that much richer for having known her. It’s hard to believe she’s been gone a whole year, but her presence will stay with me always.

Awww, @tal-chan was my true blood brother. We planned so much together; from roadtrips in France while listening loud to Bruce on the stereo with propeller capses to lip-sync contests at a tube station. We thought we had all the time in the world. Sadly we lost this sweet little darlig :’( I’ll always love you, buddy.

Today we remember tal-chan ♥

Lost to us a year ago today. We think of her and remember her all days, not only October the 4th, but let us today share her memory together.

I originally created this blog to gather in one place all the lovely posts that were made for and about our darling tal-chan. I thought that maybe one day her family or friends might discover her Tumblr and would like to read all the wonderful (and true) things her online friends wrote about her. (Too cruel?) It broke my heart and I quickly abandoned it. Until today - what would have been her 22nd birthday. 

I had planned a sort of online memorial service in her honor, where we could all get together and meet up with a set program to celebrate her memory (and get all the group crying done), in the hopes it could perhaps grant us some sense of closure. It was all organized, but due to real life shitness on my part it never came to be. Time passed, it was Christmas, and giveaways, and happy things.. Why ruin it and bring up this pain? First it was too raw, then it felt like I'd left it too long. The time never seemed right.

We all think of her sometimes, she's never far from our thoughts. Always brought to our minds, for one reason or another, sometimes the stupidest silly little things. But today we are united. We are all of us thinking of and remembering her together on this day.

So maybe it's finally a good time.
