Hi! Hello! Welcome to my little slum of a blog where I scream into a void and have nothing to contribute to society except good commissioned artwork and bad takes. I recently moved from Twithole & Bsky, back to Tumblr after many years of being away.
As you can tell - I am a very tired lady that tries to see everything as a good time and I never try to take anything too seriously. Regardless of my personal stances, I do try to put my own opinions behind me so I can enjoy fandoms as they are. I am a firm believer that: 👏ALL👏CONTENT👏IS👏GOOD👏CONTENT👏. On the rare chance, there might be some content I might not consume for personal reasons, but most content regarding the fandoms I love, is good content to me. With that said, when it comes to proships or dead dove content, I could give a fuck less what you like or what you want to create. I do not actively look for proship content; nor will I harass or attack someone for liking said content. I have a healthy separation of fiction from reality, and on the flip side, have a healthy separation of reality from fiction. My only thing, is please don't go pushing that stuff in my face. I will stay in my lane, as you stay in yours. Bombarding people with proship content without the proper tags is super wrong & immoral. Harassing people and "calling them out" for enjoying purely fictional things, is also super fucking wrong.
So as a reminder; Please be kind to everyone!! Block & move on if you don't like something. It's really THAT simple. You getting up in arms and defensive about fictional content is not healthy for your mental health. It's purely fiction, babes.
Just so it's known here as well; I am just a writer and that's all I will be. I used to not be one to really interact in terms of OC roleplays or story building, because I can be very overbearing and in people's face with my ideas. That has caused a lot of tension and I have lost friendships over it. So, I wish for that to not repeat. ☺️ Recently, I have gotten more comfortable with sharing my thoughts, but I have generally pulled away from interacting overall because my opinions are strong and I don't wish to interject on anyone's safe space or their own world. However, if I do interact, I expect nothing in return. I have gotten negative backlash and/or exclusion over past attempts to be friends with fandom peeps (in all fandoms btw). This is because as just a writer, me interacting with artists is seen as looking for freebies or leeching. So, um, no. I don't need freebies. I spend my own money on artwork, that I want from artists. I don't need people to give me things. While I am very grateful and always cherish pieces given to me as gifts, that has never been my intention with making friendships nor will it ever be.
If these disclaimers come off harsh, do understand that I know. Except at this point - I'm not taking my chances. I am going to take the time to explain my stance when it comes to stuff like this, so people understand that my boundaries are as such. Also, if you're curious and wanting to know where I stand regarding HP/HL, please take the time to read my apologies/feelings here & here ~

Aster Button (HL OC) - she is mostly a self insert, so her thoughts are my own. It's nice to have an outlet through her.
Julia Rose Taylor (Yu-Gi-Oh! OC) - My spitfire baby girl. She's fierce and loud. She is an angry side of me that doesn't take any shit and I love her for it.

Seto Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters) - It's because fandom is very particular about Seto in general. It makes it hard to write him in a way that feel genuine because there's so many obstacles you have to weave through.

University! Uni was so fucking hard and I hated every second of it. That was a pretty dark time in my life and I'm so glad I was able to push through it.
🍀 what is your comfort show/series and why is it your comfort show? How has it helped you?
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters. It has gotten me through so many hardships. Plus, I was able to accept that I won't have children of my own and doing what I wanted in life. So I am able to project that want and need onto my son, Mokuba. While also able to create my own story that fulfills my want for family and strength.
Thought I'd post a few of these. (The first four play into Star Crossed Wires and Past is Prologue.)
The House is like a big apartment complex. Everyone has their own personal spaces, and when you use a charge, that's where you're going. This means you're not just boning your television in front of everyone.
The Dateviators allow you to see the awakened objects (as their sprites show them) without using charges. If they are hanging outside of their personal domain, walking around the house etc, then you can talk, even touch. So, like, you can chat with the Hanks, but going on an adventure requires that charge. If you're having breakfast and he's around, you can chat with Abel without spending a charge. That kind of thing.
David Most and Franklin Liest are the reason Eddie split himself.
Eddie and Volt can communicate via their connection. Telepathy/Empathy. They can share sensations, emotions, and information instantaneously.
Skylar and Liest (tinfoilhat) are in contact. So when you start realizing objects, Liest meets them outside and uses some of that Valdivian bank to get them set up with the basics.
Once you become the third Valdivian partner, you invest in your friends'/lovers' pursuits. Monique's pizza joint, High Voltage Realty, Rebel's group, etc.
Mateo - So, my housemate made this one necessary. When Mateo just dips the morning after you realize him and doesn't even say goodbye after telling you how you're part of the pack and stuff? She got PISSED. So, he didn't just dip, okay? He took the pack for a walk, but got lost...and since he doesn't know your address, phone number...and he doesn't have a phone anyway. Liest finds him, finally, and gets him set up with everything he needs, including your home info. (i just read this to her and she's mad about it again.)
Skylar says that if a realized thing dies as a human, it goes back to the object it came from. Right? So, you want a headcanon to hurt your heart? You've fallen out of touch with some of your friends. It happens, especially spread across the globe as you all are. You're walking around your house one day, wearing the newest iteration of the Dateviators when you hear, "Hey, cool kid." It's good to hear Freddie's voice, but you hate what it means. (yes, you can re-realize him if he wants, but still.)
G & G nights become a thing with Chance. You get multiple tables going including Jacques, Beau, Skips, Sofia, Washford, Drysdale. You try with Eddie and Volt. Volt finds it fun. Eddie grumbles at his dice.

After the spa day official artwork, I wanted nothing more than to be squished between the Door and the gorgeous vacuum. Hoove has always been a favorite of mine, so this artwork was the best opportunity to put myself (Aster) into the middle of them.

I personally LOVE characters with accents, and these two are at the top of my list. This is actually the first time I've worked with digital. I'm more of a pen and paper kinda gal
