I cannot stop thinking about WireCoat lately and I've had "Triassic Love Song" by Paris Paloma in my head.

For those who haven't heard the song, she wrote it dedicated to a strange couple of fossils scientists found- an unlikely pairing of a protomammal and an early reptile; eternally curled up together in a den. They determined both had died and fossilized at the same time due to a flood, and called it the "Triassic Cuddle".

And now I can't stop thinking about a lonely, scared, cold-blooded being finding comfort and connection in an equally afraid and alone warm-blooded, more alive creature. Both brought together under impossible circumstances and finding their way into the same shelter.
