We're looking for a Community Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our growing team here at tape.tv in Berlin. tape.tv is all about helping users to curate their favorite videos into playlists – we call them Tapes.
We love our users and as a company, our main goal is to create an environment that is welcoming and easy to join. We want to maintain a place where our users like to hang out – like your favorite bar around the corner (Berliners know it as Eckkneipe).
Support, connect with and inspire our community members to curate their favorite music and share it with the world
Provide superior advice and troubleshooting steps to our community members, mainly through written mediums, including email and social media channels
Serve as community advocate within our team, making sure all user voices are heard
You have a positive, eager and communicative attitude
Great problem-solving skills
You pay attention to detail
Open-minded and pragmatic personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and fluent English is preferred
Good knowledge of email marketing services like Mailchimp, Social Media tools & channels
Previous experience in a community or support role is a plus

This is a full-time position, based in our office here in Berlin. We have a fantastic team, with people from all over Europe. We’re very serious about collaboration and multidisciplinary working. English is the main working language.
