We are The Tarband [TAR]. Tarband is group of friends wasting time playing together on Guild Wars 2. We operate on the Jade Quarry server, help each other, host crazy dance parties and screencap fests, and unnecessarily ship everyone with everyone. The Tarband is: Maru, the guild leader // Rime, the blogmaster // Sadi, the master player Sarada, pro mesmer // Apsii, tarmaster // Karahka, the guild mascot + a bunch of adorable junior members

Since it's the first day of 2014 I thought I'd post some of the dumbest Tarband moments of 2013 - mostly in Finnish though, and most likely only the guild will find these funny, sorry about that. :'D

Rut was doing Forging the Pact and somehow managed to get under a pile or rocks and a tree while killing Dzhudin Stormbreak. I unsuccesfully tried to die and try again (stupid Regen, where did you come from?), but eventually the boss and I were in positions that allowed me to get free with a help of sword skill 3.

Rut was happy for not having to do the instance again.

Disa got dressed in a Halloween costume but instead of exploring the Mad King's Labyrinth she went to the hidden place in Caledon Forest. Also brought Zaheen there for dramatic screenshots with the teleportation gun. :'D Kept missing the jumps at first but in the end it was worth it.

Tarbandlr turned 1 today!

Or so tumblr tells me. Went as far as emailing me. Anyway. Thanks to everyone for the past year, both guildies and our followers (wherever you've come from.) It's been a great ride so far.

Finished my second legendary! Thanks again to my wonderful guildies who lent me 20g for the last vicious fangs when I ran out of money. <3 I'm quite amazed I was able to craft this so quickly, started a bit less than a month ago. Must be because of the invasions. :'D

Actually I use axe/focus and dagger/warhorn but had to take pics of her wielding them both, lol.

And yes, I made a legendary axe too for a necro and still regret nothing
