I have watched two of the most important people in my life go through depression. Nothing hurts me more than seeing them face the many ups and downs, never knowing when they will finally even out. Nothing is worse than knowing that I will never fully understand the struggles they have, and are going through, because I personally am not facing what they are. They are some of the strongest people I know and I love them more than I can say.
