Wellness Post: There’s a Shift Happening Right Now 🌩 . Can anyone else feel that? Whether it’s the time change, the weather changing, cities opening back up, the planets, etc - I’m sensing an energy shift amongst myself, family & peers. This is a familiar feeling for us all, & can be an awesome time of liberation & growth. But if we aren’t careful this energy shift can also cause us to evaluate situations or relationships irrationally. . Here’s something I learned from my own personal experiences that has helped me during times of growth & change: - Prioritize personal time to yourself. 🗝Temporarily disconnect from your regular social patterns. We are constantly evolving creatures of pattern. Constantly influenced by our surroundings; it’s harder to find a true sense of identity if always around others, & trying to do so can even cause tension. When you feel this tension, don’t react too fast- Just turn up your self care routine.
