I'm pretty sure I failed a job assessment today. (They said they'd email if we passes either today or yesterday, and today is ending so I'm pretty sure I failed)

There's just something so humiliating with rejections and failures that just makes me want to curl up into a ball and hide. But I can't do that because money moves the world and I need a job to get money.

Sometimes you just have to cry it out and move on to the next job application.

Question for the fic writers!!!

How do you write your fics? More importantly, how do you find the energy to put the million thoughts into writing?

Because I've had made an elaborate storyline in my head now for like an OC insert fic and I just run thru scenes in ny head but I never really write it down. Idk it helps me sleep to rerun the scenes and such.

I'd love to actually write it down and read it, but there's so much I wanna write that I really don't want to write anything now.

Gosh there's just something about character's who love so strongly that gets me so much. The care and protection they dedicate to their loved ones.

What I love even more was Ryder was willing to risk it all for Mori, and he was willing to step away from what he knew for Mori.

It's saying something when Mori, who follows his instincts more than his head, immediately latched onto Ryder. A good soul 🥹😭

Gosh I love him so much. I especially love the way he acts like a married couple with Miria, granted they don't really understand the concept. He does it so honestly and frank, like it's normal, nothing to be embarrassed about.

Honestly if you think about it, it's qualities of a man thatI like to see, so yea. Fictional Crush number idk.

So I've been reading "On my way to meet mom" again (lowkey crying) and I just had this fanfic idea. Completely indulgent OC-insert, not necessarily romantic (I haven't thought that far yet)

What if Ryder!OC inside a Batfam/DC fic???

Like an alien (like a Superman situation) living/hiding on Earth after their plant got destroyed, and maybe they live in Gotham.

"But a red alien will definitely get noticed in Gotham"

I knoooow. But if you've read this manhwa then you'll know that Ryder can shapeshift (granted it's only his facial features but this is a fic and idgaf). So maybe his disguise is just a simple mechanic in a repair shop and his notable features are his long hair tail (Ryder's tail is his second spine so I like to think he can't really remove it? So human disguise would still have the tail)

How did I even think of this? Have you seen Ryder???? All I think about when I see him is, damn, that's fanfic!Jason.

Maybe he's just living normally in his little repair shop and then one day there's an alien invasion and the enemy was his people's enemy too so he has experience and the JL folinds out about him cuz or smthng and they reach out and he gets into their radar. Or maybe he's known by the batclan cuz he's basically an inventor and I like to think he's species has a much more advance technology and sometimes he helps out the gizmos with Batman. Or he took in a kid (MORI) and gets into trouble and asks the Batclan for help.

Idk the options are endless and thinking about this is fun (helps me sleep).

Two times my dumb ass did not read the relationship tags properly and got a bit invested in a batfam fic only for it to be Tim/Jason. No offense to the writers BUT IT'S SO NOT MY CUP OF TEA! THEY'RE SIBLINGS YOUR HONOR! 😫 I really need to read the tags properly.
