I like how, in a way, TDL IS corruption. Like im not only talking about his new powers, no, but behaviour itself.
I like how he came, behaved somewhat normal before Hacker learned about who exactly killed mitsi. I saw some people having problem with TDL somewhat stealing the spotlight bc "Season 3 of AvA is Victim's" (dont remember if i saw it here or sadly on Twitter) but i think it's so well thought.
TDL came, saw the potential, pretended to be an ally. seeing that he can't manipulate Hacker into doing even worse things, he killed him and revived with an command to obey him, and later did that with most of the people that were in there to later use as an army.
I love, how TDL unlike like in season 2, killed a fish to become an even bigger fish. He essentially corrupted all the work victim did during all those years. the machines, his workers, even hacker himself.
Literaly if Hacker didn't side with TDL, (and if he didn't kill him after that) went back to his corp, saw TSC and build the machine, EVERYTHING would have ended. Or atleast most of it. Because, Mitsi is revived and acts normal bc theres no need for her to obey tdl. TSC would propably have to revive even more people that died in newgrounds, i that if people saw mitsi alive then they would question it, and i doubt Outernet wouldn't want to revive those who died in the attack. but Hacker had his revenge, and got mitsi back, yes they would have to talk it out bc wtf just happened but it would be okay in the long run.
BUT im now thinking (im not beta reading it im just writting my thoughts im sorry if this is confusing) of what would have happen if that scenario happened and yet Hacker would find out that it was TDL who killed mitsi. I personally think he would abandon NO ONE bc he is no longer needed, and his powers were endangering others so why woulld he make him TCO again. And who knows where even is TDL. Would he just leave it be bc mitsi is alive or would he try to take revenge on the mf that ALSO tried to be his ally before.
Also, If victim wouldn't side with tdl, i think he would go back to stalking and try to play behind the scenes like he did in AvA 12 and propably before.
I love how TDL's behaviour is getting as much information and manipulating the current situation into his liking. I personally think, that even if Hacker didnt take his hand it all would sooner or later end up the way it did now, maybe with some small changes. Because he knows, he has power to do so.
And i love how this way of acting this season screams Corruption. it's sitting, quietly, untill it starts to show signs that people ignore, before showing itself entirely and changing the situation and destroying everything in it's path.
