Updated: On November 4, 2014, Metropolitan Psychological Corporation (MPC) will be holding its first talk for 2014 entitled, “Building mental toughness: 10 points of emphasis when working one-on-one with recreational, student-athletes, or professional athletes” with Dr. Tedi Gustilo Villasor.

This event will be held at the Ateneo Professional Schools – Ateneo de Manila University in 20 Rockwell Drive, Rockwell Center, Makati City from 9 AM – 12 NN (Friday).

“Building mental toughness: 10 points of emphasis when working one-on-one with recreational, student-athletes, or professional athletes” is accredited by the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) to issue Continuing Professional Education (CPE) units.

You should spend some time in thought. Number three is you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.
