¿QUIÉN TE MANDA? video out now <3

This is my first video in a long time (since the 'even if it hurts' video in 2019!) and it's my first as a newly fully independent artist. It was a true passion project - in the best and most pure sense of that term - between myself and an amazing team. I worked with my close friend and long time collaborator Jonatán López, and collaborated with choreographer Teresa 'Toogie' Barcelo. The way this video came together was crazy, because we prepped it for months and shot it, but there was a huge mishap on behalf of someone which resulted in none of the footage being usable. I was on tour for two months after that and the entire project died. I, along with the rest of the team, was completely heartbroken. Eventually though, we managed to re-shoot the whole video, two months after the original shoot !! The whole crew donated their time and we brought the video to a whole new level. I want to thank everyone who helped bring this together and revive the video that almost never was <3 hope you love it.

BAD PREMONITION TOUR ARCHIVE: LA / SAN DIEGO / SAN FRANCISCO

LA was one of the most special shows I've ever played :) I performed at The Lodge Room in Highland Park which is one of my favorite venues in the city. I've seen lots of shows there so it was really cool to finally be on the stage side of it. Since this was my hometown show I was able to bring some set pieces that I couldn't travel with for the rest of the tour, so I was able to build the world out on stage more than the other shows. I had the big wooden box and walked on dragging the scythe from the EP cover. I wore a turquoise asymmetrical top and bikini bottoms from Prisca Vera and the long, witchy wig I wore in my Mona Lisa video. I also had a big chunky bejeweled choker and a turquoise heart garter made for me by Tori of DMT Vintage. Throughout the show I realized the wig wasn't set sturdy enough so it was slowly falling off as I was moving and head banging around...by the end of the show I ended up just ripping it off and waving it around which the audience loved, hahah. I performed my encore with a wig cap and the wig in one hand.

Next we hit San Diego -- I realized I'd played at this venue once before (during the Crawl Space tour) and it brought back a flood of memories (particularly a very non-glamorous one of peeing in the alley before going on stage cause there was no non-public bathroom). It was a really low key show and it felt like I was integrated into the audience in a really intimate vibe. The stage had all these cute lights and a velvet curtain against the wall...it felt like a twin peaks scene. I wore a lace up Frankie's bathing suit with Elena Velez leggings and big puffy boots. The last show of the tour was San Francisco and it was such a good one to end with! Part of the show visuals was a live camera feed from my phone projecting behind me and I decided to lean into it more for this last show and really make it feel like a big party. Vogue shot me from onstage to offstage, as well as shooting the crowd and it definitely got rowdier than some of the other shows. Someone sent up a big bouquet of lilies (my favs) which was so sweet. The whole show felt like a big warm hug. I wore this incredible kind of gothic dress by Elena Velez which I'd been saving all tour for the finale. I got off stage with the flowers in hand and red lipstick smeared all over my face - it was the perfect end to the BAD PREMONITION TOUR :)

I couldn't have asked for a better return to touring, it felt so good seeing real faces again, singing along with the audience and getting that reassurance that my fans are out there and will show up and turn up for and with me!!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE IT OUT AND TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED THIS TOUR COME TOGETHER <3 until next time <3
