Hello! I'm Tempest!

I'm a bit of a mix of an artist and casual talker! I'm also the author of the account @cultofquietus!

I usually love to make art and post it for y'all to see! I mainly draw my ocs! Occasionally other things, but that's my main topic!

Victims of Violence.

Is it really propaganda if it was true? Jokes side, I got inspired to make a doodle featuring Kamazotzz and Quietus at the hands of Shamura's violence. Maybe based on irl stuff, maybe not, who knows. What's important is that Quietus and Kamazotzz managed to prevail despite it all. If you ever think the bishops pissed people off, they definitely did in my au and Shamura is the most hated. Also Quietus and Kamazotzz bond over their feelings about Shamura. Gotta bond over hating someone lol

Lamb of God.

The last of his kind. Saw this painting and thought to myself "yeah that's a cool idea" and then I began working. So here's Quietus in his "last moments" cuz as we all know the last lamb never truly dies.

The absence of light is my favorite part of this art. Really liked doodling this up.

Kamazotzz - Growth from Godhood

Starting out, the god will appear as their mortal self. The changes isn't immediate at the ascension, but the crown makes it obvious they are no longer who they once were.

Over time, ichor mutates the body. For gods it is painless as they gain traits from their domain. Mutations can depend on factors such as species or location. For example, Kamazotzz grew more ears and eyes due to their bat species alignment and gained talons from their fellow owl cultists. However the changes are gradual, happening over the span of years. The god will barely notice unless it is a very obvious change. Usually mutations do not hinder the god, so most barely care.

For mortals, ichor influenced mutations are extremely painful. It is not recommended to make mortals come in contact with ichor, especially since prolonged contact can cause poisoning.

Lil lore thing for my cult of the lamb au, Cult of Quietus. Basically a small explanation of how gods over time mutate and look the way they do, changing and becoming "god-like" in time.

In simpler terms, ichor overtime mutates the body. For gods it's long-term and painless, for mortals it can be in an instant and extremely painful. It's like growth spurts, gods have normal ones and mortals have shin Godzilla level ones.

Anyways working on some Quietus art next and maybe a small comic but who knows I have a shit schedule lol

The Pale Night.

Chosen by Chemach before she lost her mind, Kamazotzz became the god of the night with the white crown. An enthusiastic god brought the dark and moon, scattering stars against the night sky. They loved their cult, they loved their life. However, during the purging they feared for their cult. They knew they would fall before Shamura, so they decided to take refuge in the moon. But one day, the god promised to return to their loyal cult.

I wasn't writing a new description. Anyways here's a proper ref of my oc Kamazotzz, the god of the night. The moon is a huge bat god in my world and they'll slay anyone who dares to harm their loved ones.

I plan to include her in my au with Quietus because I wanted to give him someone he can actually bond with who's a god instead of another guy to hate. They actually have a lot in common. I plan to call the arc with her Moonfall cuz it felt fitting and it sounded cool.

Anyways yeah worked on this for a few days please think they're cool

Was having some trouble trying to draw the other day so I decided to draw my oc Kamazotzz enjoying some foods she'd enjoy during feasts with her cult. I really do enjoy drawing them a lot, very fun big bat to draw.

Last one isn't really lore related I just liked this doodle. I like her with her scars more but yeah. She probably got them in a fight and thinks they look cool.

I often like doing doodles like this when I'm struggling with motivation and depression. Something about doing a lil headshot is so fun and helps with my mood.

Mary had her little lambs.

Finally gave Quietus' family a ref. Big ass wife, small ass husband, and small ass babies. I really like this family man I really do

His mother, Mary, is the most extroverted sheep you'd ever meet. She's loud but very kind, and really loves anything relating to weaponry as that's what she loves most. She's also huge, but don't worry as she does watch her every step.

His father, Treacle, is the most anxious and overthinking sheep in existence. While he's not the most social, he's considerate and doesn't mind helping others. He's just a bit nervous but gets better after meeting Mary.

His siblings, Marigold and Clover, are the most energetic and friendly lambs ever brought into the world. They loved playing with Quietus and loved bothering him. They were bundles of joy.

I love these guys a lot and it makes me sad that I must rip them away from Quietus, it's fucked up man. Hope y'all like them tho :3
