It has been a while since I have been on here, much to the chagrin of @kitti444 BUT, this last weekend we went to SCGCon Richmond! Had a blast, pics were taken BUT I asked her to marry me and (for some reason) she said yes!

I was able to get some of our friends to come up from out of state to join us, and for that I am incredibly grateful to them.

I spent a lot of time Saturday before the proposal slipping off to get all the artists to sign a Full Art copy of Wedding Ring.

When I asked, I had presented her with both and she went for the card first.

Afterwards, we went to Ruths Chris Steakhouse for a celebratory meal.

I know I have not been on here much, and thats ok. It has been GREAT this last year or so, and I am excited to say that this is my last Inventory at my job, as I have gotten a promotion!

I will be moving to Nashville with @kitti444 and I am SO excited for this next chapter together.

Millennial here, I was in Freshman year of High School on 9/11.

You can absolutely make jokes about 9/11. The tragedy was exploited to drive an ongoing war and so many horrible, harmful policies and the general Islamaphobia that infects all of American politics.

No joke can cheapen the deaths more than our politicians already cheapened them.

Oh, yeah, I was in 9th grade when that happened, myself. Ironically in history class. Yeah, George W. Bush and all the politicians who went along with him made more of a joke out of 9/11 than anyone today could.
