Never in a lifetime
Cass adjusted her arm guard and smiles up at him “Therapy helped. Its doing better now but its still really hard to draw the bow. I’m stepping up on my physical training more, rather than just aiming and shooting.” She slid on her finger tabs, tying the wristband together “Maybe we should go shooting sometime. IF you ever let anyone touch your babies.”
And just as if Cass had asked him to donate his heart for charity, Jason’s face twisted into that of horror.
“Why, why would you ask me something like that?!” He practically yelled, in good humor but with a ring of truth, “No one touches my babies and lives. It’s like me asking you if I could touch your tits, UNETHICAL.”
Cass took the glove she was about to slip on and wacked him across the arm. "You father these guns too much. I hope your "little girls" learn to sass you or something."
"Nothing of importance..." He trailed off before sighing in defeat, "How's practice by the way, you aren't straining yourself again, are you? Fucking scared us last time you fucked up your shoulder."
