Napoli - Street Art
I’m not usually a big street art person, and the historic preservationist in me usually bristles at the site of 300 year old buildings being defiled with spray paint and wheat paste, but for some reason in Napoli it makes sense.
There were really a lot of great pieces - these are only a few of what I saw - and I particularly like how there will be a bunch of things in one place that interact in a chaotic jumble that mirrors the city itself. The upside down dude was painted by my friend from Milano, and his work is really tripped out and cool.
