This blog is being run by @icy-book (you can call me Icy, she/her), and I'm the one organising the fandom week. The profile picture was made by @justablah56
The week will run from the 17th of March to the 23rd, and the prompts and corresponding dates can be found here
Guidelines under the cut
Guidelines:
Essentially anything goes as long as it is focused around terrick
You do not have to adhere to a prompt to participate, anything is welcome. The prompts are just there to help you out
Late submissions are completely fine and actively welcomes, but if you want it promoted here, make sure to tag us, as we won't be going through the tag as often after the week is over
Any kind of content is welcome - fanart, fanfiction, edits, crafts, cosplays, headcanons, playlists, moodboards etc! The only content not allowed is AI generated content
Any thing from a 3 second stick figure drawing to the Sistine Chapel is welcome in terms of quality
NSFW content is allowed, provided it is tagged with "#not safe for daddies" so it can be filtered by people who don't want to see it
Similarly, please tag major spoilers with "#dndads spoilers"
Submissions can be posted on any platform, but we'll only be able to promote it here on tumblr, so making a post with a link is advised
While this week is largely based on romantic terrick, anything about Terry and Nicky's (or Nick or Nicholas) relationship can be submitted, provided it is the primary focus
Please provide content warnings for anything likely to trigger, disturb, or offend
Simply tag this blog or use the tag #terrickweek2025 and I'll reblog it on to here
As you may unfortunately be aware, scammers are currently flooding fanfiction comments with art commission scams (more info on the scam and what to look out for here). And we're absolutely sick of it. So here's our solution! Fanart Frenzy - an event designed to counteract these scammers and their impact on the fanfiction community, as well as raise awareness of their evolving scams.
What is Fanart Frenzy?
Fanart Frenzy is a month-long bingo event designed to bring a wave of fanfiction-inspired fanart into the community, entirely free and unsolicited, as fandom is supposed to be, in order to stem the flow of these scammers, encourage our favorite fic writers, and liven up our fandoms. Our first event will take place from January 1-31, 2026.
How does it work?
You can sign up via our sign up form! In late December, we'll send out bingo cards to each participant with prompts guiding you towards fics in your fandom to make art for. (Ex. Make art for a fic with no comments). Throughout January, you can make as few or as many pieces of art as you like - you can aim for a bingo, a blackout, or just pick one fic you really want to make art for. Post your work anywhere you'd normally post it, then share it with the writer and the Fanart Frenzy community.
Can't draw?
No worries! This event is about all kinds of art, not just traditional art - everything from playlists to gif sets to cookies to fiber arts, memes, and more. Anything artistic you can do inspired by a fanfic is perfect for this event.
If you don't enjoy making art, the event also includes a Comment Challenge! During sign up, you can choose a bingo card with only art-related prompts, only commenting-related prompts, or a mix of the two. Non-artists can participate alongside artists by following the prompts to find fics in their fandoms in need of thoughtful, kind comments. (Ex. Leave a comment on a fic you've reread.)
You can also help us out by spreading the word! Please tell your friends and fandom communities about our event!
If you’d like to join our event team as an official promoter in your fandom(s), please indicate your interest in our entry form! If we have an opening for someone in your fandom, we'll get in touch! More info on becoming a promoter and what that entails here.
Before the event starts, please join us on our discord server, follow us here on tumblr or on reddit and bluesky!
Have any questions, concerns, or comments? Please drop them here or send us a message and we'll answer as soon as possible!
And just like that we are under a week away from the start of Kiddads Week, wow!!! We hope you're as hyped as we are, consider this a reminder firstly that the event officially starts on the 26th (Lark lovers, rev your engines!), secondly that we are accepting late submissions so don't fret if you're worried about finishing things on time, third that for you fanfic writers we have an official collection for the event that you can find here, and last of all to reach out to us if you have any questions whatsoever regarding the event!
While I would like to, the answer is probably not, unless lots of people show interest. Only about 8 or so people actually made anything for it last time. The good news is that there's plenty of other dndads fanweeks, for example @kiddads-week-2025 is doing one at the end of October
Fuck yeah, shit yeah, the Kiddads Week schedule and prompts are here~! POWER POWER POWER POW-
Mark your calendars! Kiddads Week is taking place from Oct. 26 - Nov. 1st with five kiddad-specific days, one free day, and one prompt day. The schedule is as follows:
October 26th: Lark
October 27th: Grant
October 28th: Sparrow
October 29th: Free Day
October 30th: Nicky (/Nick/Nicholas)
October 31st: Terry Jr.
November 1st: Prompt Day with the following prompts:
Walter
Monster AU
Masquerade
NOTE: It is more than okay to create something featuring more than one kiddad for one of the kiddad-specific days! Anything featuring any of the kiddads + spouses/parents/teens/etc. is also splendid, as long as at least one kiddad is featured in it in some capacity. Moreover, while we have official prompts for the prompt day, feel free to use it as a second "free day" if none if the prompts provided suit your fancy!
Some other information about the event below the cut!
Basically all types of fan creations are permitted for the event. Fanart? Fanfic? Cosplay? Headcanons? Meta? Something else? Fuck yeah, as long as it's kiddad-related!
In the case of headcanons and meta in particular, we only ask that you not use this event as an opportunity to actively tear characters down. Angst is great and welcome, portraying characters as villains in a lighthearted way is fun, and we will do our best to take more nuanced takes on characters in good faith. But please, if your cool kiddad headcanon is "Sparrow is worse than Willy", save it for another day.
On that note, we reserve the right to refuse to reblog any posts to the event blog at our own discretion, for any reason.
NSFW stuff is welcomed warmly as long as everyone featured is 18+, we also ask that you tag accordingly. Any such materials reblogged to the event blog will be tagged as #notsafefordaddies in case you need to block it.
While we can't speak on behalf of the folks at @dndads-unkinktober, we are aware of the event overlap and personally think it's cool if you want to create pieces that are meant to be part of both of them. In fact, we think if you compare our lineup order with their corresponding unkinktober prompts you'll find that they match up quite swimmingly, in our unprofessional opinion.
Anything racist/homophobic/misogynistic/transphobic/etc. is NOT welcomed and will not be reblogged to the event blog, which we hope is a given.
All that being said, please take other people's creations in good faith and assume no ill-intent. This goes for character takes that upset you as well. That means no harassment of any kind, please and thank you!
Finally, please tag anything you want to be reblogged to the event blog as #kiddads week 2025 and feel free to @ us directly as well!
That's all for now, please reach out if you have any questions, and please help us to spread the word of the event!
:0 I know I've been distracted by. Other Matters as of late but don't forget that this is coming up in the end of October! :] More info on the structure of the event soon in a formal announcement, but in case anyone is looking to get a head start on things I will let you know that:
at most 2 days of the 7 will have prompts to work with (more likely 1 day for prompts and 1 free day, that's still up in the air), and
the remainder of the days will be dedicated to/focused on each kiddad individually, but the exact ordering is yet to come.
:3 that's all, thank you to everyone who has been spreading word of the event.

"Wait, who said anything about a kiddads week?" you ask
Why, we did of course!
That's right, from the same fools who brought you @hot-glenn-holidays-2023 and @hot-glenn-valentines-2025, it's a whole week celebrating the silliest little freaks on this side of tumblr, the kiddads!!!
Before we can make a formal announcement post, however, we need your help to do some planning. So, without further ado:
What week should Kiddads Week be?
Sept 28 - Oct 4th
Oct 5th - Oct 11th
Oct 12th - Oct 18th
Oct 19th - Oct 25th
Oct 26th - Nov 1st
Nov 2nd - Nov 8th
Voting ended onAug 15, 2025
The more input the merrier, and we'd love to spread word of the event as early as possible, so please consider helping us out by giving this post a lil ol' reblog or two! Thanks! 🫶
I am running a survey to see what common opinions in the Dungeons and Daddies fandom are! The survey itself should take about 10-25 minutes, and all questions are skippable. You can go in as much or as little detail as you want.
The survey will run from 17/07/2025 to 25/07/2025, when the survey closes, it should take about two weeks for the results to be posted.
All updates, observations, questions about the survey and results will be posted on this blog under the tag #dndadssurvey2025
Starting date: 17/7/2025
This survey is to find out what common opinions are in the DnDads fandom regarding favourite characters, scenes,
Also an The Adventure Zone fan? Check out the TAZ survey!
Thank you so much to everyone who participated <3 We loved everyone's submissions. And, if you didn't get yours in on time, don't worry! Just @ this blog when you do post, and we'll reblog it
