If you're interested in my writing in general, I am willing to take prompts on my general writing blog @occasional-drabbles. || Ask box is: CLOSED! || Requests are: CLOSED!
Welcome to tf-imagines! A blog for sharing stories, imagines, thoughts, and headcanons about our favorite (and least favorite) bots, cons, and human! My ask box is open and I'd love to hear from you!
RULES!!
I will only write SFW. I'm not comfortable with writing anything NSFW, and if something ends up at all suggestive, I will ensure I tag accordingly
If you are requesting something with a reader insert / 'how would the bots react to a character who 'x'' , please specify if you mean a human or cybertrionian
I will accept Headcanons (bulleted lists of my thoughts) and Scenarios (short paragraphs), for up to 5 characters.
For what I will call 'Blurbs', which will likely be longer than Scenarios, I will only accept 1 character per ask.
All Autobots, Decepticons, and humans from TFA and TFP are on the table.
I am fine with writing angst to a point, so you're welcome to ask for it. Just please, be respectful.
I reserve the right to refuse a prompt if it makes me uncomfortable or if it doesn't interest me.
You're also welcome to send me asks to just ask my thoughts about things, canon characters, series things, OCs, etc! I miss getting to chat with you all!
Please, be patient with me! My life irl has to come first, and I want to ensure I'm able to give you all the best content I can!
An example for how you can do a request, just in case!

And on that note, I wanted to say thank you so so much for still being here and still supporting my work, even after all of these years and my silence. I love seeing all of the notes and knowing that it's still bringing people happiness, and hopefully I can do even better this go around.
Say, could you do Transformers Prime, Optimus Prime, Bee and Arcee's reaction to their Human friend having some odd dreams, about a location on earth, and when they get there, they find an old, ancient, powerful Prime weapon that legend says that weapon was the weapon that defeated unicorn.
TFP Optimus Prime
Considering the prevalence of visions in both Cybertronian and Human stories, Optimus isn’t completely surprised. A little surprised, certainly, but not completely. He would be willing to investigate the odd dreams, if a little cautiously, and he’d be the most likely to recognize the weapon. By then he’s impressed, but of course knows better than to expect for the human to have any further prophetic dreams. At most, he’d wonder if it’s due to exposure to Energon, but he wouldn’t dare test the theory for fear of ill-effects.
TFP Bumblebee
At first, Bee would assume that the weird dreams were simply that. Strange dreams that are influenced by real life, such as particular snacks or habits, or spending a lot of time with them. But once convinced to investigate the place in their dreams, Bee is shocked that not only is it real, but that it has such an important artifact! He’s all but buzzing with pride when he tells the others, curiously asking the human if they have any other dreams, but of course never pressing it! This was amazing as-is!
TFP Arcee
Arcee is the most skeptical of the group, figuring the dreams were simply the result of an active human imagination. So it would take more effort to convince her to investigate, only for her to be the most shocked of all (perhaps aside from Ratchet) that it was a real location with a real artifact. Then comes the question as to how in the world the human had this ability, how they knew the weapon would be there, and so on.
How would the TFP bots react to a human ally watching a movie adaptation of a book series with the kids, only for said human ally to start crashing out because of how bad/unfaithful the adaptation is? (I'm starting to watch the Eragon movie for the first time, and me and my Inheritance Cycle-books loving heart are about to combust)
TFP Optimus Prime
Optimus is initially concerned by the sudden passion and displeasure, so he would find himself hovering nearby while trying to figure out what’s going on. It doesn’t take him long to find out that it’s their human friend getting upset over inaccuracies to a series that is important to them. Due to his history as an archivist, he understands better than most the importance of accuracy. So he would listen as the human rambled and complained, gently encouraging them later to tell him more about the original source, and what they love about it!
TFP Ratchet
Ratchet finds himself impressively understanding about the source of the human’s frustration, especially as they go on and on about the inconsistencies and inaccuracies. So he may start out thinking that they’re being over-dramatic, but it doesn’t take long for him to be firmly on their side and willing to help them write complaints if they want to.
TFP Bumblebee
Similar to Optimus, Bee isn’t a stranger to the anger and passion of loving something. Raf has shared a lot of things with him through excited rambles. He may not be as passionate since he doesn’t have as much to relate to, but he still listens intently. He wants to know more, after all!
TFP Bulkhead
Miko has absolutely introduced him to the concept of Hate Watching, so he just assumes that’s what’s happening at first. And it may somewhat devolve into hate watching, when he asks what’s going on. He may not follow all of the rambles, but he does his best to follow as they explain the changes to the story. He might even end up thinking about how so many war stories have been embellished over time, even by himself.
TFP Arcee
In all honesty, Arcee finds their frustration entertaining. Not in a cruel ‘I like to see you suffer’ way, but in a ‘You’re adorable when you get mad’ sort of way. She might even feed into the frustration some, depending on how close she is to the human and how sensitive they are. She wouldn’t want to cause any genuine distress after all.
Hello! May I request something similar to this scenario you did a long time ago?
What would happen if the TFA Bots meet a Cybertronian![Reader] (who may be a variant of an ally they know; a variant of their [S/O], etc) who is from the TFP universe? Would they be in awe to meet a seasoned warrior? Or would they be surprised that there’s still a war going on back in their universe?
So since that initial post [ linked here for easy access ] , I discovered @justawannabearchaeologist's absolutely AMAZING series of thoughts and drabbles of TFP Wheeljack getting yeeted into the TFA universe [ Her masterlist for all of that chaotic beauty can be found here, I binged all of it in about a week or so after work each day, ruined my sleep schedule miserably but so worth it ] , and I think that a lot of how she did everything with that situation would apply in this case as well. That said, I went ahead and added my thoughts for this prompt! :D
I think how the TFA bots react would depend on a lot of different factors.
If they know / know of a version of the bot, then there would certainly be some comparing between the TFP and TFA versions. Personality differences, frame differences, the likes.
If they don’t know / know of a TFA counterpart, then most of their reaction would be focused on universal differences.
Bumblebee, Bulkhead, and Optimus would be rather excited in their own ways to meet such a seasoned warrior, someone clearly capable as a fighter and experienced.
Bumblebee is likely to ask for stories, marveling at how much larger the TFP Bot is compared to bots in TFA (save Decepticons, of course, since they're massive).
Optimus also wants to learn more about the TFP war, and while part of it is thanks to the history nerd in him, he's also hoping for inspiration or advice. He was always told he wasn't meant to be a hero, but now he's managing a team of misfits and thrust into the role of a hero, without proper or useful training on how to handle it. So learning from someone who comes from a world fully aware of the fact that anyone can be a hero? That's exactly what he figures he'd need.
Bulkhead, while interested in the stories, the differences, and how the TFP Bot got there, is also rather anxious. If the world of Prime is so full of warriors like the bot in front of them, and they're still at war, and their Cybertron is an uninhabitable, dead planet? What hope is there for them in the Animated universe? He would need similar reassurances as Optimus, and a reminder that the war continues because the Autobots are still fighting, so there is always a chance for them to win.
Prowl would keep his distance at first, not sure how much he could trust this new bot from another universe… supposedly. So he would do what he does best. Observe and analyze. He finds himself intrigued by their stories, slowly letting his guard down and approaching the new bot.
Ratchet would probably have the most mixed feelings about the situation, somewhere between Optimus’s hopes for advice and training, and Prowl’s uncertainty, with Bulkhead’s anxiety around the fact that the war wages on in the Prime-verse tossed in. However, due to sharing similar weights from living through a war, Ratchet is likely to warm up to the new Bot impressively quickly, for the grumpy medic. He just hopes they don't get hurt during their stay, because he's not sure he's got it in him to learn a completely new version of Cybertronian biology…
Because of the fact that I'm still slowly working on consuming more media, I'm fairly limited in the femme bots I even know.
For series that I've actually watched, TFP Arcee is always a lot of fun! She's an interesting character with clear motivations and active development.
For ones I haven't 'met' yet but am still intrigued by, Nautica, especially in the IDW comics! I don't know much about her, but she seems like such a treat!
May I request TFP Arcee, Knockout and Ratchet's reaction to their human friend who always hides one arm until they were forced to reveal an insectoid claw that is spontaneously shifting in form when they almost got nabbed, and reveals that they were once a subject of genetic experiments from a young age?
TFP Ratchet
Initially, Ratchet wouldn’t question the human’s tendency to hide their arm. Perhaps it’s a missing or deformed limb, or a sense of security. He’s seen it before with Cybertronians, after all.
However, when he does finally see their arm, the unusual insectoid nature of it? He hates the fact that he was as correct as he was. Upon finding out that they were used as an experiment, his guilt and borderline grief turns to rage. The fact that humans could treat their own kind in such inhumane ways is infuriating to the medic.
TFP Arcee
Similar to Ratchet, Arcee figures that the human trying to cover their arm is to hide something that upsets them, and she can’t fault them for that. So she may ask, once or twice, but would never pressure them into answering.
When the human is almost taken, and the reveal follows, of their arm and the cause of it, Arcee doesn’t even get the opportunity for guilt or grief. She goes from the rage of the human being taken, to rage that they had been used, likely all but tortured in a manner fitting of the Decepticons. So she finds herself rather protective of the human, even almost tearing into Fowler for it before she gets stopped.
TFP Knockout
Knockout is no stranger to trying to cover up an undesirable frame, and he has minimal frame of reference for human customs. As a result, he doesn’t question the human covering their arm.
But when it comes to light, his initial response is, of course, disgust. Organics tend to be gross enough as is, but mixing with that insectoid features? Ew. However, the human has wiggled their way into his spark, so he can tolerate them regardless. The news that it was due to experimentation honestly sounds… eerily familiar to him, considering the various unethical experiments that the Decepticons have conducted over the eons. It’s strange to consider that humans are capable of such cruelty towards their own, but well… He’s one to talk.
Hello, may I request Arcee, Bulkhead and Optimus' reaction upon meeting a big and menacing looking Autobot (Missing optic, scarred body platings, big bludgeoning weapons and for some reason wearing a thick chain necklace) whom upon meeting the bots quickly and politely shakes their servos and apologizes profusely for the mess he caused after a short brawl against some vehicons?
TFP Optimus Prime
Optimus knows better than to judge a bot by appearances, especially since this is war. It's impossible to come out of war unscathed, and honestly the fact that Team Prime is in such good condition is only thanks to the fact that they're fortunate to have Ratchet with them. Between that and at least knowing the bot is an Autobot, he's confident that he can trust them. Though, some part of him is surprised by the politeness and apologies afterwards. He hides it well though, instead expressing his gratitude for the assistance and offering to help them should they need it.
TFP Bulkhead
Bulkhead gets one look at the bot, and fully expects them to be a Wrecker through and through. Big, tough, take no scrap, loud and unapologetic. And then they're… not. They're still big and tough, can clearly hold their own, but they're more well behaved than he's used to Wreckers being, so it throws him for a loop. Just a little. He adapts quickly though, easily welcoming them into the fold and praising their skills all the same! He just knows Miko would love their vibes, too!
TFP Arcee
Arcee finds herself somewhat on edge when first seeing the bot, not sure what to make of them. Sure, war is tough on the frame and not everyone is lucky (she knows that all too well), but she can't help but be on edge. Meaning she's all the more confused once realizing how well-mannered the bot is. Apologetic and polite? She probably makes a joke that she knows some bots who could take notes from them, but does accept them… eventually. She pretends to be used to them much sooner than she actually is, but she’s aware of the fact she tends to be a little more paranoid than her teammates… it does take a while for her to be okay leaving Jack near them without her, though.
Here is the masterlist specifically for my paragraph Scenarios!

Tfp Optimus, Ratchet and Bumblebee's reaction to a minibot who was taken into Decepticon faction as a messenger, but fallen down heavily injured after getting caught in between a battle.
Their optics had been shattered and manufacturing and they most likely anxious about not being able to navigate properly. What would the team do? Would they leave them? Would them send them back to Decepticon base?
Love your imagines btw ^w^
Thank you so much sweetspark!
TFP Optimus Prime
Optimus would offer to help the minibot without any hesitation. Regardless of faction, non-combatants should not pay the price for the actions of others. There’s also a decent likelihood that the Decepticons abandoned the minibot after they were injured, and wouldn’t come back for them, so if they don’t help the minibot, who would?
So he would take them in, and convince Ratchet to help repair them to the best of his ability. Once they have learned how to navigate and function again, he would allow them to decide where they wish to go. He does not intend to keep the prisoner. However, he would hope that they would consider the weight of those who abandoned them, versus those who reached out a helping hand.
TFP Ratchet
Ratchet is far more reluctant to offer to help, because a Con is a Con.
However. His desire to help would outweigh his distrust, and this situation feels eerily familiar. So he would relent with less fuss than one might expect, helping them with the same gentleness he would his fellow autobots. Helps them readjust, apologizing at least once if he can’t fully repair their vision due to the tools at his disposal. Hopefully the minibot decides to stay with the bots after this, maybe even sharing any information they may have on the Decepticons. Otherwise, should they want to return to the Cons, Ratchet is going to feel hurt and betrayed.
TFP Bumblebee
Bee hesitates to help for only a moment, thanks to the part of his brain that equated Decepticons with danger. But then he sees the minibot panicking at their malfunctioning vision, and he remembers the fear when he lost his voice box. So he takes pity on them and tries to help, beeping reassurances at them as he takes them to Ratchet. Ratchet can’t say no to their scout after all, especially in such a painfully familiar situation.
Bee is happy to help the minibot readjust to any and all changes, some part of him hoping that once this is over, they’ll choose to stay with the Autobots.
